This stove top kettle was made in Tsubame, Niigata by the Gyokkodō company.

Produced within the company’s classic and loved Marutama brand, it is one of the simple, functional items for which the Tsubame-Sanjo region is known.

The craftspeople in the Gyokkodō factory in Tsubame take a particular pride in the polished finish to the works in stainless steel that they produce.

This kettle has been engineered to be suitable for induction hobs, and can contain 3 litres of water.
